On June 29th, 12 of our Incoming Directors and Board Members participated in the highly anticipated Club Assembly Training Seminar (CATS) RY 24-25. This annual event, organized by Rotaract Lebanon and the National Team, serves as a vital platform to equip incoming leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
The seminar delved into covering essential topics like effective leadership, project management, communication strategies, and Rotaract's core values. Through interactive sessions and workshops, participants gained valuable insights and honed their abilities, ensuring they were well-prepared to navigate the upcoming year.
This rigorous training session enhances the core of our club, nurturing a leadership team capable of creating a meaningful difference in our community.
