To wrap up a fantastic Rotarian Year, our last General Assembly featured an insightful workshop led by our Vice President Stephany Said. Using the innovative approach of Design Thinking, we explored the difference between a traditional and design thinking approach.
We kicked things off with a fun icebreaker activity where we each shared what we considered our "superpower."
Stephany then guided us through various activities to illustrate different design thinking models. One key activity involved assessing our strengths and weaknesses as a club, and identifying areas we wish to improve or enhance.
By the end, we had a clear roadmap for the future, with categorized ideas and a concrete action plan. Stephany's session fostered a strong sense of teamwork. We're incredibly grateful to her and the board for their continued support.
It was the perfect way to end the last GA on a high note, reinforcing the beautiful spirit and engagement that define RAC Aley!
